Miss Intercontinental 2007 crowned
The Top 5 won as a special prize an 8 Day stay at „La Briz“ on Silhouette Island and Le Meridien Fishermans Cove with full board and value of over 7000 Euro.
Same was given that night for the subtitle award holders:
Miss Congeniality – Kenya
Miss Photogenic – Venezuela
Best Evening Gown – Seychelles
Best National Costume – Colombia
Best Body Award – Hungary
As there was an equal number of points for some delegates selected in an interview judging and pre judging, instead of Top 15 we announced the Top 16:

The most beautiful women on the most beautiful beaches, this is not only the slogan this year it is the pure truth. 41 delegates arrived safety in Mahe and enjoying recently a wonderful stay at the both „Le Meridien Resorts“ Fishermans´Cove and Barbarons.
Starting with the official „Welcome Night“ at the Le Meridien Fisherman´s Cove Hotel on October 4th all delegates enjoyed a sunbathing day on 5th of October and a wonderful sightseeing tour arranged by the Tourism Board (STB).
Sunday all delegates arrived after an hour boat ride to „Heaven on Earth“ Silhouette Island with its Top de Luxe Hotel „LA BRIZ“ owened by the Universal Group one of the sponsors of this years Miss Intercontinental.
From Swimming on the private beaches to a wonderful BBQ and a lot of photos of course all was arranged perfectly by the national comitee of the Miss Seychelle Islands organisation. From Monday on the rehearsals will start at the ICC in Victoria.
Bereits 2007 hatte Elena Schmidt bei der MGO MISS DEUTSCHLAND 2007 Wahl in der Hohensyburg teilgenommen.
